In the Netherlands, a grid operator must connect any request for a connection to the electricity grid within 18 weeks. If the grid operator does not comply, it may be liable for damages. Unfortunately, this is often not adhered to, leading to damage. An inventory indicates how many individuals and companies suffer damage as a result.
